Redragon Announces Antonius K745 Pro Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
Redragon has unveiled its latest full-size mechanical gaming keyboard, the Antonius K745 Pro. This keyboard boasts a design that caters to enthusiasts, offering wireless connectivity and custom switches created by Redragon to provide a unique "creamy" sound profile.
The K745 Pro features a traditional full-size layout with 104 keys, including a row of four customizable shortcut keys above the num pad. Similar to keyboards like the Keychron Q6 Max, it also includes retro-style double-shot PBT keycaps and rear-mounted hardware switches for macOS/Windows mode selection and connectivity mode selection.
With tri-mode connectivity options including 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 3.0/5.0, and USB Type-C wired, the K745 Pro is versatile. It is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery for wireless use, although Redragon does not specify battery life.
Priced at just $64.99 MSRP (with an early bird price of $51.99), the Antonius K745 is a budget-friendly mechanical keyboard. Despite its affordability, it includes features such as a plastic case with five layers of sound damping material and a polycarbonate switch plate. The keyboard also offers Mint Mambo switches, hot-swap sockets, and a gasket mount design for noise isolation and improved typing comfort.
Additional features of the K745 Pro include customizable options for key remapping and macros, as well as south-facing RGB backlighting. While the keyboard is compatible with most common MX-style switches, customization is limited to Redragon's proprietary Pro Software, available only for Windows users.
