ROCCAT Unveils New Vulcan II Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
ROCCAT, the award-winning PC peripherals brand from Turtle Beach Corporation, has announced the release of its new mechanical gaming keyboard, the Vulcan II. The successor to the Vulcan 120 series keyboards, the Vulcan II is the first in the family to feature ROCCAT's TITAN II Mechanical Switches. These switches come pre-lubricated for smooth actuation, have an optimized transparent housing for improved RGB lighting, and offer a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes.
The Vulcan II retains the award-winning design of its predecessors, with a sleek, low-profile ID, premium aluminum top plate, and AIMO RGB lighting powered by ROCCAT's Swarm software suite. It also includes features like Easy-Shift[+] button duplicator technology, full NKRO, and anti-ghosting technology to ensure accurate keystrokes. The Vulcan II Mechanical Gaming Keyboard will be available for pre-order in select territories and launches on July 19, 2023, for $149.99 MSRP (€159.99).
The Vulcan II Mechanical Gaming Keyboard joins its Vulcan II Max and Vulcan II Mini optical keyboard siblings, both of which have received high praise from fans and reviewers alike. The Vulcan II Max was named one of the most beautiful gaming keyboards on the market by IGN and received recognition from Tom's Hardware, PCMag, and CGMagOnline. The Vulcan II Mechanical Gaming Keyboard offers two switch options: TITAN II Red/Linear switches for competitive gaming and TITAN II Brown/Tactile switches for light feedback. The keyboard is also compatible with third-party keycaps and features AIMO lighting technology for a customizable RGB experience.
The Vulcan II comes with a detachable cushioned wrist rest, an anodized aluminum top plate, media keys, a push-to-mute volume knob, and 4 MB onboard memory to save custom profiles. It is available in Ash Black or Arctic White.
